Use consistent product references
Link English product names, specifications and images with a consistent product ID instead of relying only on chat screenshots.
Samples and finish requirements
Confirm the sample, colour, thickness and film, then agree inspection and packing requirements. Request any required material documents before ordering.
Quantity and destination
Provide quantity, destination country, city or port, and your preferred trade terms. Freight and lead time are quoted for the actual order.
Pre-dispatch review
Review order details, package labels, the packing list and shipment photos. Agree documentation requirements for the destination and order.
Describe the product and manufacturing condition
For export documentation identify sheet or coil form, actual width and hot- or cold-rolling. For tubing specify welded or seamless manufacture, section and use. A decorative colour is not a complete product description; custom parts also need their finished function and processing state.
