Choosing water ripple sheets: five decisions

Start with the installation location
Ceilings, walls and shaped cladding have different panel and installation needs. Share dimensions, drawings and the indoor or outdoor environment first.
Compare physical textures and colours
Large, medium and small ripples reflect light differently. Confirm texture, colour and reflection with physical samples before batch production.
Confirm grade and thickness
Describe humidity, coastal exposure and the designer’s material requirements. Discuss grade, thickness and rigidity against the drawings; photos alone cannot verify grade.
Plan layout, edges and protective film
Specify panel sizes, folds, holes, texture direction and surface protection. Installation and structural support must be confirmed by the project designer and installer.
Reference the approved sample
Record the approved sample ID, colour, ripple pattern, dimensions and quantity in the order. Photographs may show colour differences.
