Finished dimensions: Provide length × width × height, thickness, flat pattern and finished drawing
Bending requirements: Angles, inside radius, flange dimensions, grain direction and critical tolerances
Welding & assembly: Weld locations, appearance, fasteners and assembly requirements
Process options: Bending / V-grooving / rolling / welding / polishing; subject to drawing review
Surface treatment: Confirm brushed or mirror finish, weld blending or coating
Quantity & acceptance: Prototype and batch quantities, critical inspection points and packing
